They were very impressed with our amazing missionaries. (We know we have the greatest missionaries, and the Meurs seemed to confirm our opinion. ) We all tried to soak in the Meurs' counsel and learn what we could from them. We told the Meurs they will be quoted for months to come (and that's the truth). The missionaries try to absorb all the knowledge they are given--it's remarkable to see. You would be proud.
We were privileged to have Elder and Sis. Meurs, of the 70, visit for a mission tour. It was a whirlwind tour--zone conferences on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and then a Mission Leadership Council on Thursday before dropping them off at the airport. They were very impressed with our amazing missionaries. (We know we have the greatest missionaries, and the Meurs seemed to confirm our opinion. ) We all tried to soak in the Meurs' counsel and learn what we could from them. Below--Elder Ipson and Larson (what happens when they get hold of my camera when I'm not looking).
